VAN Refund Policy

VAN sponsors an annual conference and occasional events, programs or workshops that require pre-registration. Participant cancellations received 5 or more business days before the start of a VAN conference, event, program or workshop will receive a full refund minus any applicable credit card processing fees. Participant cancellations received less than 5 business days before the start of the conference, event, program or workshop will not receive a refund. If a participant experiences a last minute emergency and is unable to attend, a refund request may be submitted to the VAN steering committee for review on a case-by-case basis. If low enrollment, severe weather or other factors force VAN to cancel a conference, event or program, participants will receive a full refund.
